Hello everyone! In this blog, I’m going to review the Kindle Paperwhite from Amazon. This is my first ever e-book reader, and I just got it today. I ordered it from Souq.com, as I am from Saudi Arabia and Amazon doesn’t ship here (sad life). A little bit of background… If you knew me personally, […]
A few years after my most viewed blog about 5 Things People Say to Jeddah Kids in College, I’m back with another Jeddah related blog!
If there’s one thing I can talk about all day, it’s lucid dreaming.
A couple of years ago, back when I was in high school, I first experienced lucid dreaming. At first, I was clueless of course. What the hell is happening? Why does this feel so real and surreal at the same time? Also, where is my body?! The first thing I did – as I recall it – was to ride a broom stick and pretend I’m a witch straight out of Hogwarts, and then I remember riding a red sports car and running over people in the streets (too much GTA, I know.) It was extremely fun, so much fun that the excitement woke me up!
It’s been a few weeks since I last visited Jarir Bookstore, and today I had the chance to stop by. I wasn’t really planning on buying anything, I only said I was gonna browse because that’s what stationery junkies usually enjoy.
After the very disappointing The Sims Mobile game released on Facebook (?) a few years ago, which has a gameplay similar to a piece of potato, EA is finally releasing a proper mobile version of our all time favourite game. As per the trailer, it looks very much like the PC version and might very well be my new favourite mobile game.
What’s up everyone?
It’s been a few months since I’ve put up something on my blog. Who am I kidding? It’s been half a year. I either went on a writer’s bloc spree, or my life hasn’t been really interesting the past few months. (I lied about the last part, my private life is really interesting at the moment. Might write about it in the future, I don’t know mate.)
